My name is Jewell Swetman and I was born in the beautiful city of Ventura, CA. I am a fitness trainer, nutrition coach and I love healthy food!
My life hasn't always revolved around health and fitness. I was an overweight child, teenager and young adult who started and failed diets countless times.
Through changing my lifestyle by exercise and diet, I have lost over 100 lbs naturally. I have always loved to bake and cook for people, and I created a brand to bring healthier versions of my creations to a broader audience.
Sweet Fuel was created to share my love of snacks (Sweet tooth or not) through quality ingredients that we hold to a high standard, prioritizing protein and being conscious of macros and sugar. I have developed recipes that will deliver convenient products without sacrificing taste and time.
